• Usage Data: Standard technical data like IP address, browser type via server logs or basic analytics (if used).
• Third-Party Data: Submission data from Typeform, payment confirmation from Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your info solely to:

• Provide the Service (process submission, refine pitch using AI/manual review, distribute to contacts).
• Process payments securely.
• Communicate with you (confirmations, support).
• Maintain and improve the Service (usage analysis).

We only share information as necessary:

• Publishers/Agents: Your refined pitch, contact details, and project links are sent to the relevant contacts on our list. This is the core service.
• Service Providers: With companies helping us operate, like Stripe (payment), Typeform (forms), email services (AWS SES, SendGrid etc.), AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic etc.), hosting. They only use data for their specific task.
• Legal Reasons: If required by law or to protect rights/safety.
• Business Transfers: If the business is sold or merged.
